Event Description

From Forest to table...this one-of-a-kind Honey Workshop will introduce you to the remarkable honeys from NatureWild, and open up the world of bees for you to discover more about flavor & environment all in one sitting.

Special guest Mr. Tai Keo, an expert on Honey and Non-Timber Forest Products, will join us to introduce sustainable honey harvesting and their specialized work in forest-conservation in Cambodia. We will then taste together & deconstruct the flavor profiles of each unique nectar on your palate.

-a side-by-side sampling & introduction to the newly released 2018 varietals: Koh Kong, Kratie, Mondulkiri, Prey Vihear
-a flavor-pairing of sensual snacks prepared by Chef Amy Baard, designed to accentuate the taste of each honey variety

-the flavor profiles of honey from different Provinces
-how to tell the purity & quality of local honey
-what is sustainable harvesting, and how it helps conservation of Cambodia's forests
-the necessity of bees in nature!
